Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Director, National Sales for our National Accounts team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to produce sales and profits for the company by marketing services to companies with national, large volume opportunities. The position will focus on large and strategic business opportunities across all company divisions and specialty groups and will be responsible for developing contracts into billed revenue.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

  • Identify targeted prospects and customers for use as sales targets; developed through cold calling, using leads from current servicing teams, research, and qualification calls.
  • Develop and lead sales strategy, inclusive of team sales strategy development.
  • Lead proposal and presentation development and execution, contract negotiation and contract execution.
  • Act as sales leader on developing strategic partnerships; makes sales presentations and explains strategic services; assesses client needs for staffing options (MSP, VMS, Cost Per Unit, Professional Services, Transportation, etc.) and facilitates all activities involved with developing the sales strategy, opportunity development and driving sale to close.
  • Identify and develop relationships with key decision makers.
  • Work with SVP, National Account Sales on developing and facilitating sales strategy and process.
  • Utilizes internal resources, inclusive of Account Executives, Market Managers, Business Development Managers, and Directors of Onsite as necessary to facilitate growth of account revenue.
  • Gather requirements from prospects and customers, interacting with other company departments to finalize proposal details, and presents proposals to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate fees and contractual requirements.
